I was appalled by the food quality, which was bland and lacked variety, with most dishes being deep-fried. Waiting for the lifts was a nightmare, often taking far too long, which left us frustrated during our stay. The management's indifference to our complaints made the experience even more infuriating, especially when we were looking for help.

the restaurant was large, but honestly, the food was so bland, it was all just deep fried choices. The towels were unbelievable, I mean holes in them, and they had the audacity to enter my room despite my do not disturb sign. also, I expected at least a complimentary drink for that. just couldn’t recommend it.

Had an awesome time with friends! The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, with poolside activities, and a great buzz in the air. We enjoyed lots of fun sports like table tennis and crazy golf. Definitely recommend checking out nearby shops and entertainment venues.

One issue was the pool's access for older guests. My friend’s mum had a tough time with the steps to reach the pool area, which made it a bit challenging for her to enjoy the stay.

It was just a fitting option for shopping in Palma Nova with extraordinarily good value for money. The pool bar pizza was amazing, freshly made every time. Bring your own snacks if you have dietary restrictions.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The pool area offered so many loungers, making relaxation easy after a day of exploration. Food options at the buffet had a great variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh salad bar. the lift waiting times could be improved during busy hours.

The all-inclusive package offered lots of food variety every day. The pool area had plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The staff were cheerful and hardworking. I really liked the standard of cleanliness throughout. it was a pleasant stay! 😊

The outdoor pool area was an absolute delight, with plenty of loungers perfect for soaking up the sun. I especially loved the poolside snack bar serving fresh hamburgers and kebabs – it was like a backyard BBQ every day! Not to mention, starting my mornings with Cava at breakfast turned every day into a special occasion.
